Steps              :
1. click www.blogger.com
2. before creating a blog, you must have an e-mail address
3. Fill in the requested data on demand. The data is Name, Last Name, Desired Login Name,Create Password, Enter Back Password, Secret Question, Answer (your secret question), Email  Recovery (can be empty), location, and the Word Verification.
4. Press I Accept. Create My Account
